Shubham Kumar Gupta

Hi, I'm Shubham Kumar Gupta — an SDE-2 at Gruve.ai with 3+ years of experience designing APIs and services in Django, Flask, and FastAPI.

I care about the hard parts of backend engineering: distributed systems, event-driven architecture with Kafka, caching with Redis, containerization with Docker, and building async microservices that scale.

On the GenAI side, I build production-grade LLM systems — RAG pipelines with hybrid search and reranking, LangGraph orchestration, Vector DBs, and evaluation-driven retrieval — so AI features stay grounded, observable and reliable.

Backend services for PulseAI Platform, an on-prem, Kubernetes-native multi-tenant GPU management platform built on FastAPI microservices and PostgreSQL, serving GPU resources across tenant departments.

  • Engineered Kubernetes namespace provisioning and GPU quota enforcement for strict multi-tenant isolation, automating per-department namespaces, resource quotas and RBAC bindings against the production cluster.
